Senior Manager, Information Security, Application Security & Red Team

About the role

Information Security – Application Security & Red Team at Netskope protects cloud and enterprise environments by identifying and mitigating security weaknesses. The senior manager leads and mentors Red Team and application security engineers, defines offensive security strategy, and conducts adversary emulation, penetration testing, and purple‑team exercises. Based in Bengaluru, India, on-site role with occasional travel for stakeholder engagements.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor Red Team and application security engineers
• Define and execute offensive security roadmap and testing methodologies
• Conduct adversary emulation, red team operations, and penetration testing across products and cloud infrastructure
• Partner with Security Operations and Detection Engineering for purple‑team exercises
• Assess cloud platforms, APIs, containers, and Kubernetes for security risks
• Research emerging threats and improve testing capabilities
• Provide risk‑based recommendations and drive remediation with engineering teams
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing
• 3+ years leading security engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and modern attack techniques
• Experience securing AWS, Azure, GCP and container/Kubernetes environments
• Strong application, network, and identity security expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, GXPN, GPEN, or CISSP
