About the role

As a Principal .Net Fullstack Developer you will design, develop, and mentor a team delivering end‑to‑end web applications on the Microsoft stack, ensuring high code quality, test coverage, and architectural excellence. Hybrid role, 3 days onsite in Bengaluru, with opportunities to influence global engineering solutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead architecture and development of eQMS modules
- Collaborate with global customers to gather requirements
- Ensure FURPS quality standards across deliverables
- Own code quality, unit testing, and documentation
- Drive technical mentorship and team growth
What you’ll bring
- 7-12 years .NET development
- Design and implement n‑tier web applications
- Angular 7+ front‑end
- Azure Functions and DevOps pipelines
- Cosmos DB and Elastic Search integration
- Mentor and coach development team
- Apply SOLID principles and design patterns
