About the role

Regeneron Global Enterprise Operations leads the reliability, scalability and security of cloud platforms and AI/ML environments. The Senior Director drives operational health of multi‑cloud services, builds and matures MLOps/AIOps practices, and leads a global SRE organization. Hyderabad, hybrid work model, overseeing vendor governance and enterprise support functions.

What you’ll do

• Own operational health and security of enterprise cloud platforms
• Establish and mature MLOps/AIOps practices
• Build and lead SRE organization with SLO/SLI frameworks
• Partner with engineering to drive automation and IaC
• Govern on‑call, incident management, and continuous improvement
• Oversee IT support services and ITIL service management
• Lead vendor performance reviews and cost optimization
• Define and report operational metrics to senior leadership

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years enterprise technology operations leadership
• Experience with multi‑cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• MLOps and AIOps operational expertise
• Building and leading SRE organizations
• ITIL v4 / ServiceNow experience
• Strategic vendor management
