About the role

Infrastructure Engineering team at JPMorgan Chase drives the design and operation of secure network services. The Senior Director leads strategy and end‑to‑end delivery for the Broadcom/Bluecoat proxy estate and a global Secure Service Edge platform, partnering with Network Services, Cybersecurity and Enterprise platforms. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on‑site role with relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

• Direct multiple technical areas and collaborate across domains
• Set overall direction and short‑term operational goals for infrastructure engineering
• Drive adoption of technical methods and ensure compliance, risk and security
• Manage stakeholders and large cross‑functional projects
• Accountable for staffing, budget and P&L
• Mentor and coach junior engineers

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years network/security engineering
• 5+ years leading large distributed engineering teams
• Deep expertise with Broadcom/Bluecoat proxy stack
• Strong automation with Python, Terraform/Ansible
• AWS networking/security experience for proxy workloads
• Experience building SSE‑aligned services at enterprise scale
