About the role

Data Management Services Value Stream at SimCorp leads the evolution of financial data platforms. The Lead Solutions Development Consultant designs, builds and delivers complex data management solutions, overseeing data acquisition pipelines, normalization, validation and integration with SimCorp Dimension while mentoring junior staff. Based in Noida, India with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite per week).

What you’ll do

• Develop and configure data management solutions including acquisition pipelines, normalization and publishing
• Design solution architectures and delivery plans aligned with business requirements
• Lead project workstreams, coordinating with project managers, technical teams and clients
• Investigate and resolve complex solution or operational issues
• Provide advisory support to clients and internal stakeholders on standard solutions
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing within the team
• Support change adoption through documentation, training and transition planning
• Collaborate with distributed systems and data platform teams to ensure robust implementations

What you’ll bring

• Experience with financial data domains such as security master, market data, corporate actions, ESG
• Solid software engineering background with Java, .NET or Python
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience designing ETL pipelines and data validation rules
• Familiarity with API integrations (REST, file‑based)
• Understanding of enterprise data management concepts
• Ability to lead solution workstreams and mentor junior consultants
• Flexibility to work APAC and EMEA hours
