About the role
d-Matrix focuses on generative AI, pushing software/hardware innovation. Seeking Software Machine Learning Test Engineer - Staff to build test automation for AI compute engine, maintain test infrastructure, develop LLM accuracy, benchmarking, robustness testing. Work with GitLab CI/CD, Pytest, ML core kernel, compiler, runtime, hardware architecture, model researchers. Hybrid: onsite Bangalore 3 days/week.
What you’ll do
- Develop test automation for AI compute engine
- Maintain and improve test infrastructure
- Leverage GitLab CI/CD and Pytest for qualification
- Develop LLM accuracy, benchmarking, robustness tests
- Collaborate with ML core kernel, compiler, runtime, hardware architecture, model researchers
- Contribute to new ML/AI technologies
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or master's in CS, EE, or related with 7+ yrs industry experience
- Knowledge of large language models and ML fundamentals
- Python programming, data structures, Linux environment
- Self-motivated team player
Nice to have
- Prior startup, small team experience
- Experience with ML models and layers
- Experience with Deep Learning, Tensorflow, Transformers, PyTorch testing
- Knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD infrastructure
