About the role

Koru UX Design, a HealthTech agency, seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design projects and mentor junior staff. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications while maintaining design systems. This is a full-time remote position based in India.

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications
• Mentor and guide junior designers with constructive feedback
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Oversee development and maintenance of design systems
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders
• Leverage AI-driven design tools to accelerate workflows
• Apply accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in design
