Product and Pricing Master Modelling Business Analyst

About the role

Finance Transformation Office at LSEG is modernizing finance through Oracle Fusion and a unified data model. The Business Analyst defines product and pricing master data requirements, designs hierarchies and controls, and supports Oracle Product Hub implementation. Works with finance, product, technology and operations teams in Bangalore, hybrid model with onsite days as needed.

What you’ll do

• Partner with business and technology teams to define master data requirements
• Design product hierarchies, attributes, classifications and controls
• Support Oracle Product Hub implementation and integrations
• Facilitate workshops, analyze impacts and produce documentation
• Identify data quality issues and drive improvements
• Support testing, business readiness and post‑go‑live adoption

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years business analysis or master data management
• Experience with Oracle Product Hub or similar MDM solutions
• Strong knowledge of product and pricing master data hierarchies
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into solutions
• Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Experience supporting testing and change activities
