About the role
Office of the COO – Enterprise Operations and Profitability Management, Modernization Tower. The team reimagines operating models and drives enterprise‑wide profitability through AI‑powered data products. As a Strategic Programs Associate Manager you will lead product strategy, design and scaling of Agentic AI solutions, own the portfolio roadmap, and ensure measurable business impact for senior Accenture leadership. Based in Bengaluru with additional sites in Gurugram, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Noida, Mumbai and Chennai, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Define and drive product strategy and multi‑quarter roadmap for Agentic AI and data products
- Lead design, scaling and governance of Agentic AI solutions for decision support
- Integrate enterprise data ecosystems into AI‑driven products
- Quantify value realization and link outcomes to financial metrics
- Mentor junior product managers and guide cross‑functional delivery
- Collaborate with CIO and engineering to industrialize AI solutions
What you’ll bring
- 12-15 years product management experience
- Hands‑on experience with Generative/Agentic AI
- Expertise in enterprise data integration
- Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams
- Strong executive stakeholder influence
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI skills
