What you’ll do

• Assist Program Lead in planning, executing, and closing project phases
• Coordinate project tasks, monitor schedules, and report deviations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and produce regular progress reports
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Analyze project data to uncover trends and actionable insights

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years experience
• Banking domain experience
• Project/program management expertise
• Change management experience

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA
• Advanced Excel and Tableau/Power BI skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
