About the role

InvestCloud Bengaluru Information Security Engineering team builds an AI-driven automated security response platform that detects, triages, and remediates vulnerabilities across the product suite. As Director, you will lead a team of senior security engineers, set technical direction, write production‑grade Python, design autonomy policies, and serve as the primary technical liaison to global InfoSec leadership.   • Drive transformation from manual to proactive automated security workflows
  • Hire, develop, and retain dual‑track security talent

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years information security engineering experience
  • 8+ years technical leadership or senior engineering management
  • Hands‑on production Python development for security automation
  • Proven delivery of large‑scale SAST/SCA/DAST programs
  • Experience with agentic AI or LLM‑based security automation
  • Background in FinTech or regulated SaaS environments
