About the role

Global Delivery Services IAM team at EY secures client environments by designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions. The Senior IAM Consultant leads CyberArk PAM deployments, integrates secret management with cloud and DevOps platforms, and mentors junior staff. Bengaluru office, on-site role, with opportunities to shape global security roadmaps and drive innovation.

What you’ll do

• Engage on IAM projects and support practice growth
• Execute engagement requirements and review junior work
• Prepare client reports and schedules
• Develop client relationships and internal collaborations
• Lead performance reviews and mentorship for staff
• Contribute to recruiting and retention initiatives
• Maintain educational programs for skill development
• Manage risk system strategies and change management

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years PAM implementation experience
• Hands‑on CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Hashicorp Vault
• Cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, YAML
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Integration with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible
• Windows/Linux and PostgreSQL administration
• Strong English communication
