About the role
Lakshya Digital Art Services creates high‑quality game art for AAA titles. The Senior 3D Environment Artist leads complex asset creation, interprets client briefs, estimates effort, and mentors junior artists. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site work with occasional collaboration across Pune and Bengaluru studios.
What you’ll do
- Create high‑quality 3D environment assets per client specs
- Interpret briefs and gather references
- Assist in effort estimation and pre‑production planning
- Provide guidance and first‑level reviews for junior artists
- Troubleshoot technical/artistic issues
- Communicate status to leads and project managers
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years 3D art experience
- Proficiency with Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop, ZBrush
- Experience with Substance Painter/Designer and Blender
- Strong knowledge of Unreal and Unity pipelines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
