About the role
Technology Strategy & Transformation practice helps clients realize exceptional value from AI in software delivery. The Consultant leads discovery workshops, designs AI solution blueprints, develops functional specifications, and evaluates AI platforms to drive AI-native software engineering. Role based in Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad with on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Lead discovery workshops to identify AI use cases and business cases
- Design end‑to‑end AI solution blueprints and reference architectures
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with engineering teams
- Evaluate AI platforms, tools and best practices for client recommendations
- Define data products and AI‑ready data foundations
- Engage senior C‑suite stakeholders to shape transformation strategies
- Manage workstreams end‑to‑end as primary client contact
- Provide program management and structured problem‑solving
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years AI & data project experience
- Consulting or high‑value industry experience
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Experience with data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake
- Familiarity with foundation models (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI)
- Knowledge of enterprise data management and analytics
- Understanding of industry processes and value drivers
