About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation practice at Accenture helps global clients realize AI-native software delivery value. As an Enterprise AI Value Strategy Consultant you will lead discovery workshops, design AI-enabled business processes, and create solution blueprints and implementation-ready designs for C-suite stakeholders. Role based in Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, or Hyderabad with on-site work model.

What you’ll do

Conduct discovery workshops to identify AI use cases and business cases
Design agent-driven process flows and AI solution blueprints
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with architecture teams
Evaluate AI platforms and tools to recommend solutions
Engage senior client stakeholders and manage workstreams
Translate AI strategy into executable implementation plans
Assess data products and AI-ready data foundations
Present findings and recommendations to C-suite leaders

What you’ll bring

5+ years experience in AI and data projects
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
Consulting and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to design end-to-end business process flows
Knowledge of AI platforms, tools, and best practices
Familiarity with knowledge graphs, prompt engineering, RAG
