About the role
Mechanical Maintenance Team at Eram Talent ensures reliable operation of critical rotating equipment for industrial plants. The technician performs preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, conducts alignment, balancing and vibration analysis, and supports shutdowns and turnarounds. Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, on-site role with full-time schedule.
What you’ll do
- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures and conduct root cause analysis
- Execute precision alignment, dynamic balancing and overhauls per OEM standards
- Conduct condition monitoring including vibration and temperature checks
- Inspect and maintain seals, bearings, couplings and lubrication systems
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs and technical manuals
- Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance activities
- Mentor junior technicians and record activities in CMMS
What you’ll bring
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience maintaining rotating equipment in petrochemical, refinery, or oil & gas
- Hands‑on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes
- Expertise in alignment, dynamic balancing and vibration analysis
- Proficient with CMMS such as SAP PM
- Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs
- Experience with plant shutdowns/turnarounds
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
