About the role

Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Data Strategy & Analytics team within the Business Solutions Group seeks a Vice President to lead Credit Risk initiatives. The role involves managing collateral monitoring for US Commercial Real Estate, overseeing regulatory compliance, and analyzing financial trends. Based in Mumbai, India, this is a full-time on-site position requiring personnel management of junior analysts.

What you’ll do

• Manage a team of 2-3 Analysts/Associates for personal development and production oversight
• Prepare internal collateral monitoring reports for US Commercial Real Estate assets
• Provide support for regulatory audits and compliance testing
• Perform advanced market research and analyze financial statement trends
• Review junior team members' work and provide required training
• Manage escalations and contribute to global projects and stretch assignments
• Set department goals and create efficient workflows across teams
