About the role
Central Operations Support team ensures smooth inbound and outbound seller operations across voice and non‑voice channels. The Executive remotely monitors site performance, coordinates with field executives and sellers, and designs SOPs and data‑driven process improvements to enhance seller experience. Remote role based in Karnataka, India, with weekend shift requirements.
What you’ll do
- Monitor efficient functioning of assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives
- Liaise between field executives/sellers and internal/external agencies for timely operations execution
- Train and direct sellers on norms and practices
- Analyze data, devise SOPs, and propose process improvements to enhance seller experience
- Work weekends and shifts as required
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative/technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics)
- Experience with Excel
