About the role

Engineering & Technology team at Jio Platforms builds and maintains core utility infrastructure for network operations. The Core Maintenance Utilities Engineer manages contracts, monitors equipment performance, ensures uptime, performs level‑2 rectifications, and coordinates critical issue resolution. Aligarh, on-site, full‑time role.

What you’ll do

• Issue materials and manage contracts for the CMP
• Monitor performance of utility equipment against SLAs
• Ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities
• Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment
• Coordinate with core team for critical issues resolution
• Track corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment
• Monitor utility alarms and ensure closure
• Track consumption per hour of utility equipment

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years experience
• BE in ENTC/Mechanical/Electrical
• Knowledge of utility equipment
• Knowledge of energy optimization
• Knowledge of QHSE policies
• Collaboration skills
• Problem solving skills
• Technical orientation
