About the role

Engineering & Technology team at Jio Platforms builds and maintains core utility infrastructure. The Core Maintenance Utilities Engineer monitors utility equipment performance, ensures uptime, conducts level‑2 rectifications, and coordinates with the core team to resolve critical issues while tracking maintenance and consumption. What you’ll do

• issue materials and manage contracts for the CMP
• monitor performance of utility equipment against SLAs
• ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities
• carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment
• coordinate with core team for critical issue resolution
• track corrective and preventive maintenance
• monitor utility alarms and ensure closure
• track consumption per hour of utility equipment

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years experience
• BE in ENTC/Mechanical/Electrical
