AI Security Architect

About the role

AI Security team at Unisys safeguards the Anthropic Claude Platform Managed Services engagement, ensuring governance, security, and compliance across AI deployments. The architect implements guardrail and policy controls, supports biweekly AI Review Boards, and provides L1.5 security‑trained incident support while collaborating with AI Architects on secure onboarding and integrations. Bangalore, India, on-site role with occasional travel to client sites.

What you’ll do

• Own governance, security, and compliance oversight for the Claude platform Managed Services engagement
• Implement and administer usage guardrails and policy controls per customer security and data‑residency requirements
• Support biweekly AI Review Board and monthly AI Security governance forum, presenting compliance evidence
• Provide L1.5 security‑trained support for incidents and service requests with security implications
• Process guardrail exceptions and policy change requests to meet SL‑8 targets
• Maintain control evidence for audits and governance forums
• Partner with AI Architects on secure onboarding, API gateway, SSO, and SOC/SIEM integrations
• Escalate L3 security matters to Anthropic or customer CISO as needed

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years of security/compliance architecture experience, including AI/data governance
• Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (or commitment to obtain)
• Proven experience securing AI/GenAI platforms or enterprise SaaS
• Knowledge of data‑residency, privacy, and compliance frameworks for enterprise AI
• Experience implementing usage guardrails and financial controls for managed platforms
• Ability to represent provider in formal security governance forums and produce audit‑ready evidence
• Experience providing tier‑1.5 security‑trained support for incidents
