Associate Site Reliability Engineer
About the role
Shell Projects and Technology team drives digital innovation across the energy business. The Associate Site Reliability Engineer supports end‑to‑end operations of Power Platform and Copilot Studio services, resolves incidents, performs trend analysis and improves processes while collaborating with COE, architects and vendors. Bangalore, India – On-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Support end‑to‑end application operations for Power Platform and Copilot Studio services
- Participate in technical issue resolution and incident management
- Collaborate with COE, architects, vendors and other teams for onboarding and change implementation
- Review technical changes and provide inputs for approvals
- Perform trend analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain runbooks, support documentation and operational procedures
- Manage vendor discussions on service reviews, license usage and ticket management
- Act as incident coordination point within assigned time zone
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years relevant experience
- Hands‑on experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, C#, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Dataverse, PowerShell, API integration)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework
- Production support experience for Power Platform and Copilot Studio services
- Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work across teams, cultures and time zones
- Experience in coordination, issue tracking and stakeholder collaboration
