About the role
Intelligent Sensing Group (ISG) at onsemi’s Product Engineering team drives the bring‑up, validation, and mass production of mixed‑signal image sensors. The role leads product definition to market release, collaborating with NPD, Design, DFT, and Test teams to develop validation plans and execute product validation. Based in Bangalore, the position is on‑site with a 5‑day work week.
What you’ll do
- Drive development of new products meeting cost/performance and schedule targets
- Develop validation and test plans with NPD teams
- Execute product validation requirements with cross‑functional teams
- Solve challenging issues with a can‑do attitude
- Act decisively when required
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or related discipline
- 5+ years bench validation or characterization of analog and digital blocks
- Experience with statistical tools (JMP, datapower)
- Proficiency in C, VB, or Python
- Knowledge of silicon bring‑up, production test flows, and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers)
