About the role

onsemi seeks a Principal Analog Design Engineer to lead a new analog design team focused on delivering differentiated analog circuits for mixed‑signal compute products. The role involves design leadership, problem solving, and technical guidance across global teams, with a strong emphasis on verification, architecture, and productization of MCU/DSP systems.

What you’ll do

Lead design of analog circuits for mixed‑signal products
Identify novel solutions for circuit performance, quality, efficiency
Mentor worldwide teams on architecture to productization

What you’ll bring

B.Tech / M.Tech Electrical Engineering or related field
12+ years analog design experience across functions and technologies
Strong leadership credentials
Extensive background in semiconductor product or IP development
Experience with analog test/productization
Strong communication skills
Ability to define strategic actions with design trade‑off analyses

Nice to have

Interfacing to embedded CPUs and accelerators
Understanding of signal processing components or systems
Awareness of digital design practices and requirements
