About the role
Blive, a leading e‑mobility platform, seeks an AVP to steer the engineering strategy for its scalable, multi‑tenant SaaS solution. The role demands deep expertise in Node.js/NestJS, React, AWS, Kubernetes, and event‑driven architectures, along with hands‑on development and team leadership. The successful candidate will architect and own the platform roadmap, drive continuous delivery, and mentor a high‑performing engineering team. Experience in AI/ML, data pipelines, and fleet‑tech ecosystems is highly valued. This full‑time position is based in Bengaluru and offers the opportunity to shape the future of last‑mile mobility.
What you’ll do
- Own engineering strategy & roadmap for BLive platform
- Architect scalable multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Lead development, code reviews, and architecture design
- Manage AWS cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability
- Mentor and manage high-performing engineering team
- Drive AI/ML adoption for analytics and optimization
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years software development & architecture
- Proven SaaS multi-tenant platform experience
- Deep expertise in Node.js/NestJS, React, AWS
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/Engineering
- Experience in EV mobility or fleet tech
- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations
