Talent Operations Associate Consultant

About the role

At Weekday, a startup hiring platform, the Talent Operations Associate Consultant evaluates top-tier talent, researches cutting-edge roles, and runs the evaluation engine connecting candidates with high-growth tech companies. Day-to-day, you lead candidate screening calls, conduct deep-dive role research, capture structured evaluation data, manage end-to-end candidate communication and feedback loops, and leverage tools like Airtable, Slack, and CRM software for accurate reporting. This is a remote position based in India.

What you’ll do

• Lead intro and evaluation calls with candidates to assess technical and non-technical fit against client company requirements
• Research client roles upfront to lead engage-and-answer discussions and guide candidates authoritatively through the process
• Collect comprehensive candidate insights covering structured rubric points to ensure candidates meet client interview standards
• Own candidate communication from end to end, managing feedback loops, status updates, and handoffs to Account Managers
• Leverage modern recruiting and operational software (Airtable, Slack, CRM tools) to deliver accurate reporting and maintain high quality standards
• Progressively ramp up screening volume from 15–20 calls/day to a target of 25–40 calls/day
• Run independent, high-quality candidate screens that closely mirror client interview standards and generate key reports

What you’ll bring

• 0–1 years of experience or fresh graduate status
• Graduate degree in BBA, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields
• Fluent written and spoken English with confidence to lead candidate calls professionally
• Ability to quickly grasp job descriptions across technical and non-technical domains and synthesize information
• Coachable, action-oriented, and able to absorb feedback rapidly in fast-changing environments
• Self-starter eager to learn and execute with excellence
• Comfortable working 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
