Lead Atlassian Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Atlassian Business Systems team at Dolby Laboratories drives the evolution of the company's Atlassian ecosystem. The Lead Business Systems Analyst designs scalable cloud solutions, leads migration projects for 4,000 global users, and builds automation, workflows, and integration patterns across Jira, Confluence and related apps. Bangalore, India, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Partner with global teams to gather requirements and define cloud platform needs
• Lead discovery sessions to identify Data Center dependencies and app replacements
• Manage end-to-end migration projects, including planning, automation, and security assessments
• Design and document Jira workflows, request types, SLAs, forms and automation rules
• Configure Confluence spaces, templates, permission models and lifecycle policies
• Support integration patterns between Atlassian products and platforms such as Salesforce, Miro, GitLab and Microsoft Teams
• Author functional specifications, configuration guides and runbooks
• Provide training, office hours and knowledge articles for end users and admins

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years hands‑on experience with Atlassian platforms (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Experience migrating from Atlassian Data Center to Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, automations and SLAs
• Expertise in Confluence structuring, macros, templates and permissions
• Atlassian certifications ACP‑620 and ACP‑120 (ACP‑420 preferred)
• Experience with marketplace apps like ScriptRunner, Comala, Table Filter, Scaffolding
• Familiarity with API‑based integrations (REST) and ITSM frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across global teams
