Lead Atlassian Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Atlassian Platform Team at Dolby Laboratories drives the evolution of the company's Atlassian ecosystem from Data Center to Cloud. The Lead Business Systems Analyst partners with global stakeholders, vendors, and engineering to design scalable solutions, manage migration projects, and optimize workflows across Jira and Confluence. Based in Bangalore, India, this role works on-site, leading discovery sessions, rationalizing marketplace apps, and delivering training and adoption programs.

What you’ll do

• Partner with global teams to gather requirements and define Cloud platform needs
• Lead discovery sessions to identify dependencies and app replacements
• Manage end-to-end migration projects and adoption plans
• Design and document Jira workflows, SLAs, and automation rules
• Configure Confluence spaces, templates, and permission models
• Support integration patterns with Salesforce, Miro, GitLab, and Teams
• Author functional specs, configuration guides, and runbooks
• Provide training, office hours, and knowledge articles

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years Atlassian platform experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ACP-620 and ACP-120 certifications
• Experience migrating from Data Center to Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows and automation
• Confluence structuring and permission management
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks
• API integration experience (REST)
