About the role

Oil and Gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team builds offline payment solutions for petrol and gas station merchants. The Area Sales Manager drives EDC machine sales, onboards new merchants, resolves queries, and leads a team across multiple locations. Rajkot, Gujarat, on-site role with hybrid responsibilities for team building and performance monitoring.

What you’ll do

• Increase EDC machine sales across the assigned area
• Onboard new merchants and service existing ones
• Monitor team performance and report metrics
• Motivate and coach team members
• Identify training needs and conduct coaching sessions
• Organize team‑building activities and recognize high performers

What you’ll bring

• Graduation or post‑graduation degree
• Proven sales experience in POS/EDC devices
• Demonstrated ability to hire and build a sales team
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines
