About the role

Import & Export Operations team at Rentokil PCI in Mumbai drives end‑to‑end customs clearance for pest control equipment and pesticide products. The role manages import documentation, export coordination to Rentokil group countries, and CIB compliance, ensuring timely clearance and regulatory adherence. On‑site in Mumbai, 5 days a week, with strong stakeholder coordination across customs, vendors, and internal teams.

What you’ll do

• Handle end‑to‑end import of pest control equipment and chemicals
• Manage export of pesticide products to Rentokil group countries
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and vendors
• Prepare and review import/export documentation (Invoice, BL/AWB, COO, MSDS, insurance, certificates)
• Ensure compliance with Indian customs, DGFT norms, and destination country requirements
• Arrange IIP‑compliant packaging and export standards
• Visit customs offices for clearance issues
• Handle CIB compliance activities and Principle Certificate distribution
• Maintain accurate records and tracking sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for audits and renewals

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 2-4 years import/export experience
• Knowledge of EXIM procedures
• CIB compliance understanding
• MS Excel proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Ethical standards
• Stakeholder coordination
