About the role
Engineering Manager on the ELV-ICT team at Larsen & Toubro, responsible for leading high‑quality ELV projects for airport building management systems. Drives design, coordination and implementation of security control, server room, structured cabling and IP networking solutions, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and project budgets. Chennai, India, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Lead ELV‑ICT design and delivery for airport BMS projects
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and consultants
- Develop technical specifications and CSI format documents
- Validate structured cabling and fiber loss calculations
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and health & safety policies
- Provide status updates and risk reporting to management
- Manage project budgets and ensure on‑time delivery
- Support BU strategy and sustainability initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years experience
- security control and server room design
- BIM/CAD coordination

- IP routing and Layer 2/3 technologies
