What you’ll do

• Develop and optimize AI software components for NPU and Hexagon DSP
• Implement high‑performance neural network kernels focusing on latency, power, and throughput
• Profile runtime bottlenecks and apply hardware‑aware optimizations
• Partner with architecture and hardware teams to improve AI accelerator capabilities
• Support customer issue resolution and platform bring‑up

What you’ll bring

• 2-10 years embedded software development
• Strong C/C++ programming
• Experience with AI/DSP/NPU kernels
• Knowledge of processor architecture and memory hierarchy
• Familiarity with deep learning operators and quantization
• Experience profiling and low‑level optimization
