About the role

Private Banking Group (Retail Liabilities) at IDFC FIRST Bank focuses on acquiring and serving HNI & UHNI clients with comprehensive wealth solutions. The Private Banker builds end‑to‑end relationships, drives investment, insurance and banking product sales, and ensures high client satisfaction. Role based in multiple Indian cities on-site, with responsibilities spanning client acquisition, relationship management, regulatory compliance, and team development.

What you’ll do

• Nurture and manage end‑to‑end customer relationships through wealth solutions
• Provide seamless banking experience across products and interpersonal interactions
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and fee‑income targets
• Acquire clients via market activities, referrals and digital networks
• Ensure regulatory compliance and service delivery excellence
• Lead team development, staffing and target achievement

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, commerce, arts, science or related field
• MBA or PGDM preferred
