About the role

Wealth Management Private Banking Group at IDFC FIRST Bank serves high net worth clients across North India, delivering tailored banking and wealth solutions. The Private Banker builds and deepens client relationships, crafts customized financial strategies, and cross‑sells banking, investment and insurance products. Role based in major North Indian cities with on‑site presence, travel within the region as needed, and offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in North & East region
• Assess client financial goals and design customized banking and wealth solutions
• Cross‑sell loans, investments, insurance and other banking products
• Provide market trend updates and investment opportunity insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Private Banking Group

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years private banking or wealth management experience
• Proven track record managing high net worth portfolios
• In‑depth knowledge of banking, investment and insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
