About the role
Supply Chain Consulting team at Huron helps clients transform their operations using Oracle Fusion SCM. The role designs and configures end‑to‑end supply chain solutions, leads fit‑gap analysis, testing and training, and drives AI/ML adoption in SCM processes. Bangalore, India with hybrid work model (3 days onsite), relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Analyze client As‑Is processes and design To‑Be solutions in Oracle Fusion SCM
- Configure and customize SCM modules and workflows
- Conduct workshops, documentation, and training for client teams
- Lead testing phases and ensure successful go‑live
- Develop reusable assets and accelerators for internal use
What you’ll bring
- 9-12 years Oracle Fusion SCM consulting
- Expertise in at least two modules: Order Management, CHRM, Planning, Pricing
- Minimum two SCM project implementations
- Hands‑on BPM experience
- Lead fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing, training
Nice to have
- Strong client‑facing and communication skills
- Experience with CRP, UAT & SIT sessions
- Knowledge of P2P or O2C cycles
- Experience with SCM data upload/migration (FBDI, ADFDi)
- Understanding of integrations between SCM and other Oracle modules
