About the role

HR IT team at Freshworks CRM focuses on optimizing the Workday Human Capital Management system for the organization. The Workday Technical Lead designs, builds, and maintains integrations, custom reports, and system configurations while providing user support and training. Based in India, this role works on-site collaborating with HR stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to drive system enhancements and ensure compliance.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement Workday integrations and custom objects
• Configure and optimize Workday HR modules and business processes
• Develop reports and dashboards for HR decision‑making
• Conduct data audits and ensure data governance
• Provide end‑user support and deliver training sessions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements
• Manage system upgrades and monitor security compliance

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years Workday HCM experience
• Expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or related field
