About the role

Validation Execution and Quality team at Graphcore develops validation methodologies, automation frameworks, and test infrastructure to ensure silicon and platform products meet high standards of functionality, reliability, and performance. The Senior Execution and Quality Validation Engineer executes validation plans, creates automated test frameworks, analyses results, and collaborates across architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to improve test coverage and release readiness. Bengaluru, India, on-site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Execute validation strategies for silicon, subsystem, and platform technologies
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for test execution and regression
• Create detailed test plans and ensure timely execution
• Analyse validation results and perform root‑cause investigations
• Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to improve test coverage
• Integrate new validation capabilities into existing infrastructure
• Develop data collection, analysis, and reporting solutions
• Support power, performance, and system‑level validation activities

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years silicon or hardware validation experience
• Strong Python programming for automation
• Experience developing validation automation frameworks
• Knowledge of validation methodologies and quality metrics
• Ability to translate high‑level requirements into test plans
