About the role

Embedded Systems Team at Google develops next‑generation silicon and embedded software that powers smart devices. The role designs, develops, and tests embedded drivers and system architecture, collaborating with hardware designers to integrate hardware and software. Bengaluru, India, on‑site.

What you’ll do

• Enable device drivers for applications on devices
• Develop new software, hardware, and system architecture for future applications
• Design, develop, and test embedded software drivers for next‑generation smart devices

What you’ll bring

• 5 years of experience in development, testing and deployment of consumer electronics or embedded systems
• Embedded programming in C/C++
• Experience with ARM or other low‑power SoC architectures
• Knowledge of RTOS concepts and device drivers
• Experience reading schematics and working with hardware designers

Nice to have

Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer streams (preferred)
