About the role

Eurofins IT Solutions, Bengaluru team builds next‑generation applications like the Eurofins Quality Management System for global bio‑pharma testing. The Principal .NET Engineer leads design, development, and delivery of end‑to‑end web solutions, mentors a team of developers, and ensures high‑quality code and architecture. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with global customers and engineering managers.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement scalable web applications using Microsoft stack
• Integrate browser‑based apps with existing services and APIs
• Own code quality, unit test coverage, and technical documentation
• Mentor and coach development team on best practices
• Collaborate with global customers to gather requirements
• Drive architectural decisions and technology selection
• Ensure performance, reliability, and supportability of solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

What you’ll bring

• 7-12 years of software development experience
• Expertise in .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI
• Strong OOP, SOLID, design patterns
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, DevOps, Cosmos DB)
• Microservices, event‑driven and domain‑driven architecture
• Angular 7+ front‑end development
• Unit and UI testing (MSTest, NUnit, Jasmine)
• Agile/Scrum methodology

Education

MCA or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
