Associate to U.S. Strategic Engagement Manager

About the role

Inizio Ignite’s STEM organization seeks an Associate to U.S. Strategic Engagement Manager in Gurugram, India, to support business leaders and project managers in delivering health and life sciences advisory services. The role involves preparing draft communications, reports, presentations, and working documents to enhance team effectiveness for multiple clients. This is a hybrid position requiring one day per week in the Gurugram office.

What you’ll do

• Prepare draft materials for project kickoff meetings
• Create draft working documents including client brands, strategy, and messaging
• Build draft internal team briefings with background and guidance
• Compose draft client communications providing weekly project updates
• Set up and maintain project files and folders
• Support SEMs by handling various administrative and documentation tasks

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or relevant area
• 1+ year of experience supporting business leaders or project managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
