- Build positive client relationships
- Identify and seize business opportunities
- Coach and mentor CRC professionals
- Provide continuous feedback on performance
- Collaborate with onshore engagement teams
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant or ACCA
- 3.5-5 years post‑qualification audit experience
- Strong articleship background
- Experience with Indian/Canadian/US auditing standards
- Knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP
- Risk assessment and control evaluation
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Audit documentation tools
