About the role

The Platform Engineer designs, develops, and maintains large‑scale internal platforms, delivering self‑service tools, automation, and observability to support developers worldwide. Based in Bengaluru with an on‑site work model, the role offers the chance to impact millions of customers and collaborate with leading SREs and platform engineers.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement distributed platforms for developer self‑service
- Embed operational resilience and security into development pipelines
- Build monitoring and capacity testing frameworks
- Participate in on‑call rotation and incident escalation
- Collaborate with SREs, SWEs, and platform engineers
- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding efforts
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years platform or SRE experience
- Proficiency in Go, Python, Java or similar languages
- Infrastructure as Code expertise (e.g., Terraform, Puppet)
- AWS cloud services
- Kubernetes orchestration
- Linux administration
- Understanding of SLAs and reliability
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana
