About the role

Network Products team at Mastercard drives the development of transaction stream, clearing enhancements, and network edge solutions. The Senior Specialist leads execution of cross‑team initiatives, collaborates with scrum delivery groups to define requirements, and identifies process efficiencies. Serves as the primary point of contact, communicating scope, timelines, risks, and progress to senior leadership. Based in Pune, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Drive execution of outcomes from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with multiple scrum/delivery teams to elaborate functional requirements
• Create strategic business requirements and identify system efficiencies
• Articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and report progress to leadership
• Serve as primary point of contact and source of truth for program status
