Junior Analyst, Process

About the role

This role focuses on learning and executing foundational tasks within the process and business functions of the organization. The analyst will study business fundamentals, standard operating procedures, and training programs to achieve certification at each level. They will maintain productive communication with internal customers, adhere to standard procedures, and introduce new processes into daily operations. The position requires meeting or exceeding productivity targets, resolving invoice and quality control issues promptly, and performing additional duties as assigned. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, and prior experience in audit, accounts, or finance is preferred but not mandatory.

• Learn and perform basic process tasks.
• Understand business fundamentals and SOPs.
• Follow training schedule and achieve certifications.
• Maintain professional relations with internal customers.
• Introduce new procedures into daily routine.
• Meet or exceed productivity requirements.
• Resolve invoice and quality control issues urgently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
• 6 months of relevant experience in Audit, Accounts & Finance.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in similar process advantageous.
• Additional advantage for experience in audit, accounts & finance.
