Senior ETL Developer

About the role

Photon Group seeks an experienced Senior ETL Developer to join its Data Services Team in India. The role focuses on leading the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data pipelines using Oracle, ODI, Informatica, and Databricks. Candidates will translate business requirements into robust ETL solutions, enforce best‑practice guidelines, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities include data modeling, performance testing, code reviews, and Agile delivery. The position requires strong SQL skills, experience with data warehousing, and familiarity with Kimball methodology, change and release management, and source‑code control. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred, with a high school diploma as the minimum requirement. The role is full‑time, on‑site in India, and offers a collaborative environment for professionals with 5+ years of experience in ETL and data integration.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Oracle experience
• 5+ years data warehousing (star schemas)
• 5+ years data modeling
• 4+ years ODI or Informatica IDMC
• 3+ years Databricks Lakehouse/Delta
• 2+ years Kimball method on SQL Server/Oracle
• Strong SQL read/write skills
• Experience in change & release management
• Source code control practices
• High school diploma required; bachelor preferred
