About the role

Advisory Business Application Consulting at PwC helps clients optimise operational efficiency through business application analysis, implementation, training and support. The Senior Associate ETL Automation will develop and execute ETL test cases, validate data movement, perform data quality and integration testing, and collaborate with ETL developers and data engineers. Bengaluru, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute ETL test cases and automation scripts
• Validate data movement between source, staging, and target systems
• Perform data quality, regression, and integration testing
• Create and run SQL queries for data validation
• Identify, track, and resolve data defects
• Collaborate with ETL developers, data engineers, and business teams
• Support automation and CI/CD testing initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 4-8 years ETL/Data Testing experience
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend or DataStage
• Strong SQL and database testing skills
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts
• Experience with test automation using Selenium, Python or Java
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Use of Jira and Azure DevOps for defect tracking
