About the role

4flow Global Capability Center (GCC) – the Bangalore hub building an AI-driven supply chain product. The Senior Agile Coach drives Agile transformation across product teams, coaches managers and leaders, moderates development and product discovery, and improves process quality while collaborating with global peers. Bangalore, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Coach teams to adopt Agile principles and facilitate workshops
• Guide managers and leaders in Agile mindset and decision‑making
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration and remove communication barriers
• Measure and improve process and product quality with visibility into risks
• Contribute to the global Agile coaching community

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years of professional experience
• Senior Agile coaching across global, distributed teams
• Proven ability to coach managers and leaders up to C‑level
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP and scaling models
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Systems thinking with pragmatic judgment
• Fluent in English (C1+)
