Agile Coach

About the role

Cigna International Health Technology division is driving a digital transformation across global markets. As an Agile Coach you will partner with Release Train Engineers and agile teams to assess maturity, coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior leaders, and lead large‑scale improvement initiatives. Bengaluru, hybrid (remote and on‑site), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Coach Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters and Agile Product Owners
• Assess team agile maturity and create improvement plans
• Organise and facilitate agile events and training boot camps
• Develop and maintain collaborative communication tools and sites
• Collect and report agile metrics and measurements
• Advise senior management on agile transformation strategy
• Identify and remove barriers to scaling agile practices
• Support multiple teams across international locations

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years Agile coaching or RTE experience
• Experience as Product Owner, Program Manager or Agile Coach
• Background in software delivery and IT application development
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale initiatives
• Lean and Systems Thinking expertise
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management
• Leadership and team motivation skills
