About the role
Agile Coaching Team at Fidelity International drives scaled agile transformation across the organization. The Agile Coach mentors teams, facilitates ceremonies, and guides adoption of SAFe and other frameworks to boost delivery predictability and collaboration. Gurgaon, India (also Bangalore), On-site, Full-time, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on agile principles and scaled practices
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability
- Support Agile Release Train launches and Quarterly Planning
- Assess and report on agile maturity to guide improvement plans
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across teams
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum@Scale)
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills
- Creative problem solving in dynamic environments
- Agile certification
