About the role

Public Health Engineering Works team at L&T Construction designs and delivers BIM models for infrastructure and metro projects. The BIM Modeller creates 3D Revit models up to LOD 500, generates 2D AutoCAD deliverables, and ensures compliance with BIM standards using Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and family creation. Chennai office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Develop 3D Revit models up to LOD 500
• Produce 2D AutoCAD drawings and P&IDs from Revit models
• Create families and manage BIM data in common data environment
• Apply BIM standards and ensure data integrity

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years BIM experience
• Proficiency in Revit-MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo
• Experience with metro/infrastructure projects
